Problem: The customer needed an engaging graphic demonstration of their Blower Guard control unit. The Blower Guard is a retrofit to industrial sludge removers that protects the blower unit from overheating due to restricted air flow.
Solution: I leveraged the capability of Adobe Flash to build an interactive process simulation with push button controls. The viewer can simulate 3 conditions, 1) operation under normal conditions, 2) obstruct the air flow without Blower Guard protection, 3) obstruct the air flow with Blower Guard protection. The Flash presentation ran on the customer's website.
